These rebuilding kits will cover the Ultramatic transmissions used in the 1951-1953 Packards and the 1954 Packard without gear start.

We offer three versions of kits ranging from an Overhaul Kit which includes all of the gaskets, seals, and rings, to our most complete Master Kit which includes all gaskets, seals, rings, clutches and steel plates.

Some items are no longer available and may be missing from kits

Overhaul Kit = All gaskets, rubber seals, metal clad seals, and sealing rings.

Major Kit = Overhaul kit plus friction plates.

Master Kit = Major kit plus steel plates
